We're Hiring: Warehouse Training Manager | Training & Infrastructure Setup

Full-time Role

We are setting up a world-class training center
to prepare candidates for careers in
logistics & warehousing
. To make this possible, we're looking for an experienced
warehouse operations manager
who can design, deliver, and manage practical training programs while also helping to set up our
mock warehouse infrastructure
.

Role Responsibilities

  • Train and mentor candidates.
  • Conduct
    hands-on drills
    (accuracy, speed, safety, ergonomics).
  • Set up and manage
    training warehouse infrastructure
    (racks, bins, barcode systems, WMS simulation).
  • Develop and update training materials (manuals, SOPs, practical assessments).
  • Ensure trainees are
    industry-ready.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of warehouse/logistics experience
    (E-commerce, 3PL, FMCG preferred).
  • Prior experience in
    training, mentoring, or supervising warehouse staff
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    WMS, barcode scanning, order fulfillment workflows
    .
  • Understanding of
    safety standards, ergonomics, and compliance
    .
  • Patience, clarity in communication, and ability to train freshers.
