We're looking for a
Business Development Manager (BDM)
who can build strong international partnerships — especially in the
US market
— for our
SEO, website development, and digital marketing
services.


What You'll Do

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities from
    US and international clients
    .
  • Develop and execute result-oriented
    business growth strategies
    .
  • Engage clients to understand goals, challenges, and tailor
    SEO, SEM, SMO, and web solutions
    to fit their needs.
  • Manage the entire
    sales cycle
    — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Keep up with
    digital trends
    to spot emerging business opportunities.
  • Foster long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.


What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years
    of experience in Business Development for
    Digital Marketing, SEO, and Web Solutions
    (US/UK markets preferred).
  • Solid understanding of
    SEO, PPC, online branding,
    and
    website development
    .
  • Proven success in
    lead generation
    via LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, cold outreach, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent
    communication, presentation, and negotiation
    skills.
  • Strong grasp of
    CRM systems
    and
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    .
  • Strategic thinker, self-motivated, and result-driven.
  • Willing to work in US night shifts
    (8:00 PM–5:00 AM or 9:00 PM–6:00 AM IST).


Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (
    MBA preferred
    ).
