We're hiring a Script Writer who can turn complex ideas about business, startups, and careers into powerful, easy-to-follow stories that inspire action.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Script Writer. The Script Writer will be responsible for creating and editing scripts for various media formats including advertisements, web series, Podcasts and promotional videos & youtube videos. The Script Writer will develop engaging content, collaborate with the production team, conduct research, and ensure the content aligns with the brand's message. This is a contract role with the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Your work will also include:

  • Write compelling, story-driven scripts for podcasts, YouTube videos, and short-form content.
  • Transform raw interviews, thoughts, and data into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Break down complex business and entrepreneurial ideas into simple and impactful storytelling.
  • Collaborate with hosts, producers, and the creative team to refine scripts.
  • Adapt writing style for different formats (long-form, short-form, narrative, conversational).

Qualifications

  • Script Writing, Creative Writing, and Web Content Writing skills
  • Experience in developing content strategies and conducting thorough research
  • Proofreading and Editing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Film, or a related field
  • Experience in the media or entertainment industry is a plus
