Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also oversee the sales team's performance, provide necessary training, and develop strategic sales plans to expand the company's market presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities
  • Knowledge of Business Process Services, Secured Storage Services, Cloud Services, and Digital Solutions
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate the sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Relevant experience in the BFSI, PSU, Pharma, or Healthcare sector is a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
