IT Engineer


• Manage and maintain Windows-based PCs for all employees, including hardware and software installation, patching, and updates.


• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, printers, and network devices.


• Administer and support Microsoft 365 Remote Desktop systems including login credentials, session issues, and cloud performance.


• Monitor and manage LAN/WAN network infrastructure (switches, routers, internet links) to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.


• Set up new user accounts, configure email, install licensed software, and maintain IT inventory.


• Implement basic cybersecurity best practices (firewall, antivirus, updates, backups).


• Collaborate with remote teams and vendors for escalated support issues.

• Ensure 24x7 uptime for critical business systems and participate in off-hour maintenance windows if needed.

Pay: ₹25, ₹32,000.00 per month
