JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities
• Provide assurance over the end-to-end testing process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers , product managers, Domain owners and other stakeholders to define quality goals and success/signoff criteria.
• Creation and execution of test cases, scripts, and scenarios.
• Iteratively coordinate UAT with the business, as well as end-to-end testing at the conclusion of a project.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure that appropriate consideration and testing is considered for OAT, NFT and DR testing.
• Compile test evidence and test results across all areas.
• Report on test progress, metrics, and quality status to stakeholders.
• Work closely with the business to ensure defect priority and impact is understood and appropriately prioritized.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing practices. Required Experience / Qualifications:
• Minimum of 7 + of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Minimum in Automation using leading automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in performance and security testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
