A ServiceNow HRSD Developer designs, builds, and maintains HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Case Management, Knowledge, Employee Portals, and Lifecycle Events, using JavaScript/Flow Designer, integrating with HR systems like Workday, and collaborating with HR stakeholders to automate employee journeys for onboarding, offboarding, and general HR requests. Key Responsibilities

  • Development & Configuration: Build HR Services, Catalog Items, Case Types, Workflows (Flow Designer), and customize portals/widgets using JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • HR Process Automation: Implement Lifecycle Events for onboarding/offboarding, manage HR taxonomy, and configure HR case management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from HR, conduct demos, and translate needs into technical specs.
  • Integration: Connect HRSD with other systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Support & Maintenance: Troubleshoot, perform testing, and create technical documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
