Job Description
: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Consultant to join our team. As a Product Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our clients' needs and helping them make informed decisions about our products and services. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the product selection process, providing expert advice, and ensuring that their unique requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and goals.
  • Educate clients on our product offerings, features, and benefits.
  • Offer tailored product recommendations based on individual requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to stay up to date on product updates and enhancements.
  • Assist in product demonstrations and trials, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of the product's capabilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and product recommendations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and emerging technologies to better serve clients.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related products or services.
  • Participate in product training and development programs to enhance expertise.

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach.
  • A deep understanding of our products and the ability to convey their value to clients.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-lasting relationships.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Must be able to speak Hindi, English and  fluently.

Package:

The compensation offered for this job role is
2.5LPA to 4LPA
.
