Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated
Quality Engineer
with 2–3 years of experience in the
uPVC windows and doors manufacturing industry
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the production cycle. This role requires a strong understanding of uPVC fabrication processes, quality inspection methods, and effective communication with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and ensure the quality of incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished uPVC windows & doors.
  • Develop and implement inspection checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control.
  • Monitor fabrication, welding, and assembly processes to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
  • Conduct dimensional and visual inspections using appropriate measuring tools and equipment.
  • Identify non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Maintain documentation for quality reports, inspection records, and customer quality feedback.
  • Coordinate with production, design, and installation teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce rework/rejection rates.
  • Ensure adherence to company quality standards, safety protocols, and customer specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers regarding quality matters.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (or related field).

Experience:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance/control in
uPVC windows & doors manufacturing
or related fabrication industry.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of uPVC profiles, fittings, glazing, and fabrication techniques.
  • Familiarity with inspection tools (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
  • Understanding of quality standards and testing procedures for uPVC products.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
