Role Overview:

We're looking for a Personal Branding Specialist who can build and manage the personal brands of our cofounders. This role is about creating content and narratives that reflect their vision, values, and expertise, ultimately enhancing our company's reputation and market positioning.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute a personal branding strategy aligned with company values and goals.

-Create engaging content (LinkedIn posts, articles, videos, podcasts, speaking notes, etc.) that highlights the cofounders' voice and thought leadership.

-Manage online presence across platforms (primarily LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, or industry-specific forums) (Starting from scratch).

-Craft storytelling that connects the cofounders' expertise with the company's mission.

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging.

-Track engagement and performance to refine strategy.

-Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to capture authentic tone of voice.

-Experience in personal branding, content creation, or executive communications.

-Understanding of B2B / startup ecosystems and how thought leadership can drive business value.

-Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.

-Self-starter, proactive, and organized.

-Keep up with latest trends and create viral content.
