This is a critical role in a fast paced startup, we are looking for qualified candidates with at-least 1+ year of relevant experience, please apply only if you are aligned with our requirements.

Social Media Strategy & Development:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business objectives and marketing goals.
  2. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish clear goals for social media growth, engagement, and website traffic.
  3. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and optimize our social media presence.

Content Planning & Execution:

  1. Oversee the planning, creation, and scheduling of engaging and visually appealing content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, emails, push).
  2. Develop a detailed social media content calendar, meticulously mapped to the overall business plan, marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal trends.
  3. Oversee the planning, creation, and scheduling of periodic campaigns based on specific user cohorts, offers and price changes.

Community Management & Engagement:

  1. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive and interactive online presence.
  2. Proactively identify, engage and onboard influencers, brand advocates, and relevant communities within the fintech space.
  3. Develop strategies to encourage user-generated content and build brand loyalty.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  1. Regularly monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, reach, impressions, and website traffic.
  2. Prepare detailed reports on social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  3. Utilize social media analytics tools to track trends and identify areas for improvement.
