Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

Generate leads, qualify prospects, and maintain client interactions.

Deliver effective sales pitches and convert leads into sales.

Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

Achieve individual and process-level sales & service targets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.

Collaborate with team members to achieve overall process goals
