We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for engineering and expertise in Mechatronic Systems, Hydraulic Systems, and Industrial Automation, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:As a Project Engineer, you will develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets while overseeing the design, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, you will provide technical solutions and ensure project progress adheres to quality standards, maintaining detailed project documentation. Compliance with regulatory and safety standards will be a key responsibility. You will monitor and control activities on the shop floor and at sub-vendors according to the schedule, inspecting components for compliance with requirements. Regular customer visits will involve presenting capabilities, projects handled, and capturing their requirements. You will prepare technical specifications and estimates to submit formal quotations against tenders/inquiries, and follow up with customers for the release of formal inquiries/tenders. Additionally, you will ensure the marketing team tracks these on the GEM portal, tender sites, or registered emails regularly.

Requirements:To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering and possess knowledge of integrating mechanical, electrical, and control systems. You should have a solid understanding of CAD drawings, hydraulic drawings, and schematics, as well as proficiency in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting high-pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Experience with integrating automation systems, PLCs, and control systems is essential. You must demonstrate the ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, coupled with strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and implement practical solutions. Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with clients and team members. A thorough understanding of industry standards, quality assurance processes, and regulatory compliance is required, along with knowledge of estimations and pricing strategies. Good persuasion skills and a willingness and ability to travel are also essential for this role.
