Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager – Alteryx Development
In this role, we are seeking a skilled Risk SME to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, workflow automation, and experience using Alteryx Designer, Server, and Connect. The Alteryx Developer will design, develop, and maintain automated workflows to support our data processing and business intelligence needs.
Responsibilities

•    Design, develop, and implement complex Alteryx workflows to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. 

•    Optimize and maintain existing Alteryx workflows to ensure they are efficient and scalable.

•    Integrate data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and cloud services, into Alteryx workflows. Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.

•    Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Create and maintain documentation for data processes, workflows, and business rules.

•    Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. Implement best practices for workflow management and data processing. 

•    Provide training and support to team members on Alteryx tools and best practices.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

•    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.

•    Relevant experience developing Alteryx workflows and working with Alteryx Designer and Intelligent Suite. 

•    Experience in working for financial services companies

•    Experience with Alteryx Server and Connect

•    Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).

•    Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Alteryx Certification(s) (e.g., Alteryx Designer Core, Advanced).

•    Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R.

•    Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.

•    Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). 

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•    Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

•    Excellent communication and teamwork skills,

•    Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
