Position Overview

We are hiring Operations Trainees to support the daily functioning of our academy. This role provides hands-on exposure to internal operations, coordination, and support functions. Based on performance, trainees may also be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

Stipend during Probation: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Post-Probation CTC: ₹3 – 5 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support and manage internal operations activities
  • Assist in training and development coordination
  • Provide accounting assistance and support
  • Manage and maintain asset inventory
  • Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks and reporting
  • Assist in process improvement and workflow optimization
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year (Operations/Administration preferred)
  • Qualification: Any graduate (MBA preferred)
  • Male candidates preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English; Kannada preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and meet deadlines
