 Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager – Business LAP

Location: Telangana – Hyderabad & Warangal

Department: Business Loan Against Property (BLAP)

Designation: RM / SM

Experience Required: 3–8 years in LAP / BL sourcing

CTC Range: Upto 9 LPA 

Role Overview:

The RM/SM – Business LAP will be responsible for sourcing high-quality LAP/Business Loan cases through direct channels, connectors, and existing relationships. The role involves driving business volumes, ensuring credit-worthy sourcing, and maintaining strong customer and channel engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source Business LAP proposals through DSA, connectors, CA networks, and direct channels.

  • Drive monthly disbursement targets with strong focus on quality sourcing.

  • Conduct customer visits, understand business financials, and assess loan requirements.

  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for file movement and approvals.

  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to generate consistent business.

  • Ensure compliance, documentation accuracy, and TAT adherence for all cases.

  • Track competition activities and contribute to market intelligence for the region.

  • Manage portfolio quality and support collection activities when required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–8 years of experience in LAP / BL / SME loan sourcing.

  • Must have strong market knowledge of Hyderabad & Warangal.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales and disbursement targets.

  • Good understanding of financial statements, collateral evaluation, and customer profiling.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with DSAs, channel partners, and customers.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience with leading Banks / NBFCs in LAP or Business Loans.

  • Candidates from LAP, HL, BL, SME backgrounds will be preferred.
