Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Officer located in Vagra. The Field Officer will be responsible for overseeing field operations, ensuring project implementation timelines are met, maintaining safety protocols, supervising field staff, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role involves daily travel to project sites, coordination with various departments, verification of materials, quality checks, and detailed reporting to management. The Field Officer will also engage in problem-solving activities and support the execution of field activities to ensure project success.

  • Experience in overseeing field operations and project implementation
  • Ability to ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
  • Skills in supervising and coordinating field staff
  • Proficiency in conducting quality checks and verifying materials
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Capability to travel daily to various project sites
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the energy or environmental sector is a plus
