Production & Supply Chain Executive

Production Level

  • Plan and coordinate with factories to monitor and track sales orders.
  • Ensure adequate product inventories are maintained to meet sales demand.
  • Align production timelines with sales requirements for uninterrupted supply.

Procurement Level

  • Monitor raw material inventories regularly and raise purchase demands when required.
  • Coordinate with the Lab team for requirements of new ingredient molecules.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and quality of raw materials.

Logistics Level

  • Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agent) for import and export clearances.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods for both imports and exports.
  • Resolve any shipment delays or documentation issues in coordination with logistics partners.

Bank & Vendor Management Level

  • Monitor vendor payment cycles and ensure timely disbursement as per agreed terms.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to maintain accurate payment records.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors for smooth financial and operational transactions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in production coordination, procurement, or logistics (preferred in manufacturing/FMCG/perfume/beauty industry).
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, import/export documentation, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, or supply chain management tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and meet strict timelines.
