As a Student Coach, you'll be a student-first mentor, guiding them through the entire study abroad journey. Key responsibilities include assisting with course and university selection, ensuring successful admission, and maintaining a positive student experience. Requirements:
  • Grad/MBA in business/management/psychology
  • Preferably experienced in ed-tech
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent research and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
What You'll Do:
  • Take ownership of a student group, providing comprehensive support
  • Deep understanding of university admissions processes
  • Build trusted relationships with students virtually
  • Review and track student progress, collaborating with various teams
  • Execute post-offer management and coordinate with relevant teams
  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet targets
