  • Design and develop customized communication solutions on the Salesforce Communication Cloud platform.
  • Implement and manage APIs for integrating various communication tools and services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure effective data management and processing for optimal communication strategies.
  • Test and troubleshoot communication solutions to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Maintain documentation of development processes, configurations, and changes.
  • Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for communication cloud applications.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and data privacy regulations.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices and new features of the Salesforce Communication Cloud.
  • Analyze customer engagement metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams on communication strategies.
  • Assist in the migration of existing communication systems to the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop user interfaces and ensure they are user-friendly.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners in implementing third-party solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, particularly with the Communication Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce APIs and integration methods.
  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.
  • Experience in Agile / Scrum development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Administrator) preferred.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Analytical skills to assess performance metrics.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
