  • In-charge of driving the team towards QCDP following IQMS process/standards.
  • To lead development of Diagnostics methods, scripts, and ECU/Vehicle validation in compliance with Renault/Nissan Standards.
  • To lead for create/code data for the after-sales tool development.
  • To lead the development and delivery of electronic wiring diagrams.
  • Set individual objective in line with department set objectives and make team to understand clearly.
  • Make development plan for vehicle milestone.
  • Delivery as per project agile milestones with opinions.
  • Ensure vehicle validations are performed for aftersales for each milestone as applicable.
  • Headcount planning & Effective utilization.
  • Exploring new business opportunities and Expand HC.
  • Identify Key skills & Career path.
  • Skills training plan and deployment.
  • Business Continuity plan establishment.
