Responsibilities

  • Participate in client meetings to understand their needs, challenges, and project scope.
  • Help gather and document client requirements through meetings, calls, or questionnaires.
  • Assist in creating proposals, including detailed technical specifications, timelines, and pricing.
  • Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), identify key requirements, and develop responses with input from senior presales staff.
  • Contribute to creating preliminary solution drafts by researching available products, tools, and services.
  • Present proposals, conduct PoC demos for clients, and take necessary actions to close business.
  • Assist content writers in creating marketing collaterals such as portfolios, case studies, etc.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and iterative development methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and others.
  • Proficient in Web, Mobile, DevOps, Cloud, AI, and LLM technologies.

The Ideal Candidate

  • BE graduate with a background in IT or Computer Science.
  • Experience in development (coding) using any tech stack is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a solid understanding of business-related concepts.
  • Familiarity with iterative development methodologies like Agile.
  • Knowledge of the sales process and marketing dynamics.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities.
