Summary
A Software Cyber Security Test Engineer is responsible for identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities in software applications and systems

Senior Engineer for SW testing will be responsible for V&V of products and providing creative solutions associated with the test design, development, and sustaining engineering for our new and existing software product portfolio.

The successful candidate will possess solid "hands -on" technical abilities, an excitement and energy f or product

development, and a passion for their work and the impact it has on meeting the needs of patients.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Key responsibilities include developing and executing test plans, collaborating with development teams to address identified issues, and staying current with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.

This involves conducting security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability analysis to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of digital assets.

Responsible for the V&V, Test design of a module/project, for new product development, sustenance

activities, field issue resolution etc.

• Responsible for analyzing and understanding the requirements.
• Identifies key module/product level technical risks and assists project manager in developing mitigation and

recovery plan

• Review work products and ensure the quality of deliverables
• Provides input to the test strategies at a product level
• Provides guidance to development and test teams with respect to overall design and development.
• Demonstrate the ability work with team members.
• Applies principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security,

Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and testing techniques.

• Participates in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and

product quality gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CS/ electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Experience in SOFTWARE Automated testing/Manual test methodologies.
• Excellent software test design and implementation skills
• Expertise in test development and maintenance of Software embedded/distributed systems
• Deep understanding of technology & software development principles:
• Experience in technically leading project teams involving SW architects and SW design engineers Good understanding of Healthcare domain (regulations and standards) and Medical software development

process.

Education And/or Experience

• Excellent communication, inter-personal and leadership skills
• Firm decision maker, good influencing skills and good problem-solving abilities.
• Openness to collaborate in interest of project/organization.
• Proactive and self -driven, possesses due sense of urgency
• Working with multisite teams, Quality conscious and Process & customer Oriented
