Key Responsibilities:-

Financial Modeling and Analysis: Building and maintaining financial models to assess project viability, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis, and valuation.

Deal Structuring and Execution: Working with project sponsors, lenders, and other parties to structure financing deals, including debt and equity financing, and managing the negotiation and execution of related documentation.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identifying and assessing project risks (financial, operational, and regulatory) and developing strategies to mitigate them.

Lender Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, including banks and investment firms, to secure project financing.

Financial Reporting and Compliance: Preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting internal and external audits.

Due Diligence: Conducting due diligence on potential projects, including financial, legal, and technical assessments

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: MBA, CFA, or CA, with relevant experience in project finance or a related field.

Experience: Experience with financial modeling, deal structuring, and working with financial institutions

Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

Specific Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with project finance principles, particularly in sectors like renewable energy, infrastructure, or real estate.
