We are looking for a skilled Events Hospitality Manager to join our team at Show Management Solutions Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and events management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
  • Develop and implement event concepts, themes, and layouts to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze event feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in events management or hospitality is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of event planning, coordination, and execution is required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is crucial.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability are vital.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies is preferred.
