Responsibilties:

Study tender documents thoroughly and extract key requirements

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, legal, technical) for inputs

Prepare and compile tender documents as per submission guidelines

Ensure timely submission of bids with complete documentation

Maintain records of submitted tenders and track their status

Communicate with clients, vendors, and government officials for clarifications

Analyze tender outcomes and prepare performance reports

Suggest improvements in bidding strategy and documentation process

Stay updated with changes in tendering regulations and industry practices

Handle post-tender activities like follow-ups, contract signing, and documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
