Their approach focuses on insight and prediction, diagnostic analysis, and data engineering to help organizations unlock value from their dataRole: Business Analyst/AM - Predictive AnalyticsLocation: Mumbai / Noida/ Bengaluru (Work from Office only)Experience: 2yr - 4yr relevant experience (1yr+ data science experience in BFSI domain)Joining: Immediate to 30 days (Notice > 30 days may not be processed)Interview process: 2/3 Online VC rounds followed by in-person final round.CTC Offered: Up to 24 LPA depending on skillset and experienceImportant: You will be expected to work independently in a high-pressure environment with quick turn around on projects.Responsibilities:a) Model Development & Deployment: Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models using Python, R, or SAS.b) Data Management & Transformation: Handle large datasets, perform data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis using SQL, ensuring data integrity and quality.c) BI & Visualization: Utilize Tableau, Power BI, or Advanced Excel to create insightful dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.d) Independent Analysis & Insight Generation: Conduct independent data analysis, identify key trends, and generate actionable insights to drive business decisions.e) Communication & Presentation: Present complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, both in written and verbal formats.f) Project Ownership: Manage end-to-end analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.g) Cloud Experience: If applicable, experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for data processing and model deployment.Primary Role Requirements (Must Have):a) Minimum 2yrs+ hands-on experience with model development/ML using Python/SAS or Rb) Worked with large data volumes in extraction, cleaning, transformation and comprehensionc) Experience with common machine learning techniques such as logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, and gradient boosting.d) Hands-on experience with SQL and any BI tool like Tableau/Power BI/Advanced Excele) Able to analyze data independently and draw out key insightsf) Comfortable with presenting findings or insights from analysis.g) Good communication skills both written and oralEducational Qualifications (Must have): BE/BTech/BSc (Maths, Stats, Economics, Computers, OR) AND/OR ME/MTech/MSc/Any Quantitative Master's Degree from a Tier1/ Tier2 college.
