Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and self-driven PHP Developer with 2-3 years of experience, preferably with hands-on expertise in the CodeIgniter framework. The ideal candidate will be involved in developing robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with senior developers and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and CodeIgniter.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
  • Create and consume RESTful APIs.
  • Work with Postgresql to design and optimize database queries.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and bug fixing.
  • Assist in requirements analysis and project planning discussions.
  • Maintain source code using Git and follow version control best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in PHP and strong working experience in CodeIgniter (v3/v4).
  • Solid understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with MySQL, including writing complex queries and joins.
  • Frontend basics : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX.
  • Familiarity with Git and basic version control workflows.
  • Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

  • Basic understanding of API security and authentication (JWT/OAuth).
  • Familiarity with basic DevOps workflows.
  • Experience in working with third-party APIs (e.g., payment gateways, SMS/email services).
