About the Role:

Repac is looking for a talented Web Designer to design and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with technical skills to deliver exceptional digital experiences for our clients and internal projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive website layouts, landing pages, and web applications.
  • Work with the marketing and development teams to translate concepts into engaging website designs.
  • Ensure website functionality across all browsers, devices, and platforms.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for client and internal approval.
  • Optimize website graphics, images, and layouts for speed and usability.
  • Regularly update and maintain website content.
  • Collaborate with SEO and content teams to enhance site visibility and performance.
  • Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a web designer (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
