Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive with a background in pharmaceutical or medical device sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our dental products to dentists and clinics in the assigned territory through direct field visits and demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit dental clinics and meet with dentists to promote and sell our product portfolio
- Conduct regular field visits and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Provide on-site product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits
- Generate new leads and effectively convert them into sales
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customer
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Submit timely reports on daily activities, sales performance, and market feedback
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager to execute marketing campaigns and strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in Pharma or Medical Device industry
- Male candidates preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharma background preferred)
