Job Purpose:We are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals with strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Private Equity and Private Credit financial modelling team based in Gurgaon.Key Responsibilities:Help clients to develop results-driven strategies, which include financial spreading and modelling, critical industry or market analyses, competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in-depth research

Assist clients with complex financial modelling assignments in the Private Equity and private credit space, working on a variety of models such as LBO, DCF and Investment models

Valuate a variety of securities such as equity, debt and convertibles

Perform trading and transaction comparable analyses and financial statements analyses by applying experience in credit research, including debt analysis, covenant monitoring, cash flow conversion, capital structure, etc.Interact with senior professionals at private equity firms and corporations

Conduct quality checks of client deliverables

Other activities include structuring deliverables/teams and developing efficient processes

Demonstrate strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management and information/knowledge needs assessment. Skill and Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in building financial models from scratch4-7 years of experience in quantitative analysis, including financial spreading and modelling, trading comps, transactions comps, benchmarking, company profiling, capital structure, debt analysis, etc. Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Accountant or Master of Business Administration from a top-tier business school.
