Role Summary:-

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resource and administrative functions, ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and smooth HR operations. The role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution across HR generalist responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:-

Human Resource Management:-

  • Manage Talent Acquisition (TA) including workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and coordination with payroll vendors.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational culture.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.
  • Implement and manage Performance Management System (PMS) including goal setting, reviews, and appraisals.
  • Plan and execute Training & Development (T&D) programs based on training needs analysis.
  • Act as an HR Generalist, managing the complete employee life cycle from hiring to separation.
  • Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Design and execute employee retention strategies and conduct exit interviews and attrition analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory and labor law compliances (PF, ESIC etc.).

Administration & Budgeting:-

  • Prepare and manage HR & Admin budgets, ensuring cost control and optimization.
  • Oversee administrative operations in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage tour and travel arrangements, approvals, and expense reimbursements.
  • Verify and control tour and travel expense claims as per company policy.

Leadership & Coordination:-

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team, ensuring productivity and accountability.
  • Partner with HODs and management for manpower planning and organizational development.
  • Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and reports for management review.

Skills & Competencies:-

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong analytical, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in HRMS, payroll systems, and MS Office.

Qualification & Experience:-

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
  • 5-10 years of relevant HR Manager experience.
