Were looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to be a part of our Delivery Management team, supporting end-to-end project execution in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow into full project management responsibilities. You will work closely with Delivery Managers, Developers, Designers, and QA teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality.

Responsibilities
  • Take primary responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing projects in collaboration with the Delivery Managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining quality standards.
  • Assist in defining project goals, deliverables, roles, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Track project progress, manage task dependencies, and prepare status reports and documentation.
  • Facilitate communication between teams and proactively resolve roadblocks or dependencies.
  • Conduct routine project reviews to identify risks, challenges, and improvement areas.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, introduce automation, and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain and adhere to established processes, policies, and SOPs within the Delivery Management function.
  • Participate in data-driven discussions to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate asynchronously and proactively to keep all stakeholders aligned, even across time zones.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year experience in Project Coordination / Project Management.
  • Exposure to Project Management methodologies like Waterfall or Agile.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail and impeccable time management competence.
Bonus Points
  • Exposure to technical project coordination or working with development teams.
  • Experience supporting release planning, deployment, or go-live activities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Asana.
  • Understanding of basic Agile principles and sprint-based delivery workflows.
