About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing our brand's presence across multiple platforms, driving engagement, and supporting digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and competitor activities.
  • Handle community management (comments, messages, interactions).
  • Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms, analytics, and campaign execution.
  • Creative thinker with strong content and copywriting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop and video editing preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time
