Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in social media management, strong knowledge of posting and scheduling tools, and the ability to plan effective social media strategies that align with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Schedule posts using tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar platforms.
  • Develop monthly social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to optimize content performance.
  • Coordinate with the design team to develop creative graphics, videos, and reels.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Ensure brand consistency and maintain high-quality standards across all platforms.
  • Assist in brainstorming campaign ideas, promotions, and content themes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, content types, and best practices.
  • Experience with scheduling and content management tools.
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute social media strategies.
  • Basic understanding of analytics and performance metrics.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Canva or basic graphic design.
  • Experience with running basic social media ads (optional but added advantage).
  • Understanding of influencer marketing or collaboration strategies.
