Role: QA/QC Engineer (Trainee → Junior Engineer)

This is a
Skill-Acceleration Program
designed for candidates who want to build a strong career in
Software Quality Assurance & SDLC processes
.

You will undergo structured training for 6 months and seamlessly transition into a full-time QA/QC Engineer role.

Responsibilities

During Internship & Job Training, you will:

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Perform
  manual testing
  , functional testing, regression testing & usability testing.
• Write
  test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports
  with high accuracy.
• Conduct
  pre-deployment and post-deployment QA checks
  .
• Ensure product releases follow
  quality benchmarks and SDLC requirements
  .

Quality Control & Documentation

• Assist in creating
  SOPs, quality checklists, and release documentation
  .
• Maintain clear records of test results and quality KPIs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure
  timely bug fixes & improvements
  .

SDLC Exposure

• Understand and track product development cycles.
• Participate in
  scrum calls, sprint planning, and requirement reviews
  .
• Learn to work with tools like Jira, Asana, Postman, Git, etc.

Process Management

• Identify gaps in processes and suggest quality improvements.
• Ensure that engineering teams follow best practices and product standards.
