Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced eCommerce Manager to oversee and manage our online sales channels, specifically focusing on platforms like Amazon and Shopify . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis, product pricing strategies, and competitive market research to maximize online revenue and improve product visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central and Shopify stores to ensure high visibility and performance.
  • Conduct competitor pricing analysis and market research to set competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
  • Monitor product performance, sales data, and key eCommerce metrics (traffic, conversion rates, AOV, etc.) and take data-driven decisions.
  • Analyze customer behavior and market trends to optimize product assortment and pricing.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies, campaigns, and discount offers to boost sales and engagement.
  • Ensure inventory is managed effectively across platforms to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for paid campaigns, SEO, and social media promotions for products.
  • Handle day-to-day operations related to order processing, customer support escalation, and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor platform policy updates (Amazon/Shopify) and ensure full compliance with guidelines.
    Prepare periodic performance reports and present insights/recommendations to senior management.
Key Skills Required:
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platform management
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and pricing decisions
  • Expertise in competitive pricing analysis and market research
  • Experience in product listing optimization, inventory management, and promotional campaigns
  • Good understanding of eCommerce KPIs and performance metrics
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Certifications related to eCommerce (Amazon Ads Certification, Shopify Expert Certification, etc.)
