MINIMUM HANDS-ON AUTOCAD EXPERIENCE OF 1-2 YEAR REQUIRED. FRESHERS/SITE ENGINEERS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE. GreenOps Private Limited, a leading solar PV engineering design company, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individuals to join our core team based at Ahmedabad.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on experience AUTOCAD and other design tools in Civil and Structural Engineering, with an interest in pursuing a career in the Solar PV industry. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging solar PV projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop their skills in civil and structural engineering design. Software Skills1. Proficient and hands-on in AutoCAD for the design and drafting of civil engineering projects.2. Familiarity with structural analysis and design software, such as STAAD.Pro, Solidworks or equivalent is a plus.3. Knowledge or relevant internships in Solar PV industry is a plus.4. Basic knowledge in Word and Excel for documentation and communication.5. Familiarity with GIS applications, such as Global Mapper, ArcGIS or QGIS, for site analysis and mapping is a plus.

Responsibilities1. Assist in the design and development of civil and structural engineering projects related to solar PV systems, including site grading, stormwater management, foundation design, and structural analysis.2. Support the preparation of design documents, such as drawings, specifications, and reports, in accordance with relevant codes and standards.3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including electrical engineers, construction managers, and other professionals to develop comprehensive project designs.4. Conduct site visits and field investigations under the guidance of senior engineers to gather necessary data for design and analysis.5. Participate in design reviews and project meetings, contributing ideas and solutions to technical challenges.6. Continuously develop technical and professional skills through on-the-job training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities. Technical Skills1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering2. Basic understanding of civil and structural engineering principles.3. Strong understanding of engineering drawing principles.4. Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations, such as IS, MoRTH, and local building codes etc. Soft Skills1. Basic communication skills, both written and verbal.2. Keen attention to detail.3. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.5. Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally in the Solar PV industry.
