Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Dehradun. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, managing sales pipelines, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties include identifying customer needs, pitching products and services, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales customer support to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Experience in sales, business development, or related fields
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients effectively
  • Prior experience in water utilities or a related industry is advantageous
  • Minimum high school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
