**What You'll Do**:

- Assist customers by attentively listening to their needs and preferences.
- Showcase our extensive product range, highlighting unique features and benefits to inspire purchase decisions.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations, helping customers find the perfect solutions for their home improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and exceeding their expectations.
- Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the showroom.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience in a sales role, preferably within the retail or home improvement industry (a plus, but not mandatory).
- A strong passion for sales and a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and connect with diverse clientele.
- Basic knowledge of design principles and home improvement trends (a plus).
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
