CCAN Solutions is a multi-service global company specializing in visa assistance, international transcripts, credential verification, travel solutions, and tourism packages. We are expanding our Tours Division in Kochi and seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales, build partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for domestic and international tour packages.
  • Handle B2C and B2B sales, including partnerships with travel agents, corporates, and educational institutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Tours Division.
  • Create customized tour itineraries, pricing proposals, and promotional offers.
  • Manage a sales team and ensure high productivity and target achievement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with hotels, DMCs, travel partners, and suppliers.
  • Identify new markets and travel trends to develop competitive packages.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Oversee customer service to ensure smooth pre-travel and post-travel experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (ticketing, visa, marketing) for seamless operations.
  • Monitor sales reports, market insights, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in the travel/tourism industry in Kochi.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international tour packages (Europe, UAE, Maldives, India tours, etc.).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong network with local travel agents and corporate clients in Kochi.
  • Expertise in customer handling and closing high-value deals.
  • Ability to manage a sales team and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Kochi-based travel agency or tour company.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, travel portals, and marketing coordination.
  • Understanding of visa processes and ticketing.
