Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Lead, based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some remote work. The Team Lead will oversee team performance, allocate tasks, and ensure the seamless delivery of projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with various departments to meet project goals, mentoring and supporting team members, tracking progress, and maintaining high standards of work quality. The Team Lead will also play an integral role in identifying process improvements and ensuring effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Possess team leadership, collaboration, and delegation skills to effectively oversee and support team members.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management, task prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software for project management and team collaboration.
  • Experience in a similar role or expertise in team management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the transport or technology sector is considered a strong plus.
