Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and experienced faculty members to teach Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, SST and English to students from Classes 8th to 10th. This role is crucial in building a strong academic foundation for students, helping them excel in School Exams, Board Exams, and Olympiads, and preparing them for future success in JEE and NEET.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver concept-based, interactive lectures to ensure in-depth understanding.
  • Teach with a focus on School & Board Exams, Olympiad preparation, and a strong foundation for JEE/NEET.
  • Conduct one-on-one doubt-clearing sessions to strengthen students' confidence.
  • Regularly assess student performance and provide actionable feedback.
  • Motivate students and generate interest in JEE/NEET preparation from an early stage.
  • Participate in educational events and workshops to inspire students and parents.

Requirements and Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in the respective subject from a reputed institution.
  • Candidates with experience in Olympiads, NTSE, or JEE/NEET foundation teaching will be preferred.
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly and make learning engaging.
  • Strong exam-oriented teaching approach for school boards and Olympiads.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills to inspire students.
  • Comfortable with digital teaching tools for effective learning.
  • Prior teaching experience for Class 8th to 10th students with expertise in School Exams, Board Exams, and Olympiad-level preparation.
