Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Manager based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Admissions Manager will oversee the admissions process, evaluate prospective student applications, channel partner managementand develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates to the institute. Responsibilities include organizing outreach programs, representing the institute at education fairs and events, coordinating interviews, ensuring compliance with admission policies, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders. The role also involves working collaboratively with faculty and the marketing team to meet enrollment goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in admissions, recruitment strategies, and creating outreach programs
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills to foster relationships with prospective students and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, coordination, and maintaining compliance with admission policies
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure deadlines
  • Experience in educational marketing and managing promotional activities is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including faculty and staff
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred
