About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Senior Data Analysts with a strong background in healthcare operations and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidates will leverage data-driven insights to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making across healthcare functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor operational performance.
  • Collaborate with operations and business teams to drive process improvements using data.
  • Provide expertise in RCM workflows, including claims, billing, coding, and payment processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, etc.).
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Support automation and predictive analytics initiatives to enhance operational outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics within the healthcare domain.
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and healthcare processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and lead data-driven initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and payer-provider dynamics.
  • Familiarity with Python/R for advanced analytics.
  • Experience in predictive modeling and machine learning in healthcare settings.
