NIIT is hiring for Recruiter role for BPO Bulk hiring requirement
This is 1 year contract role which has possibility of conversion into extension of contract based of the requirement & performance.
This is for Freshers only (Training will be provided)
We are looking for Smart & Confident candidates with excellent communications skills.
Great opportunity for Freshers who wanted to start their career into recruitment.
6 days working
Location: Gurgaon, sector 34-WFO
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organisation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and draft detailed job descriptions.
- Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screenings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Foster long-lasting relationships with past applicants and potential candidates for future job openings.
- Keep abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in latest recruitment practices.
Preferred candidate profile
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews, and group interviews.
- Proficiency in social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
