Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Creator who lives and breathes social media. The ideal candidate is someone who stays active across platforms, understands trends before they go viral, and can create engaging, visually appealing content consistently. You will be responsible for growing MyRider's social presence, improving engagement, and building a community that connects with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay highly active on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and identify trending topics, audio, formats, and hashtags.
  • Create, shoot, and edit engaging content including reels, videos, stories, posts, and graphics tailored for each platform.
  • Manage day-to-day posting schedules, maintain content calendars, and ensure consistent online activity.
  • Interact with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and build a strong online community.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social content with brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Design thumb-stopping visuals using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
  • Analyze social media analytics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize content based on performance.
  • Work closely with influencers, creators, and partners for collaborations and brand visibility.
  • Experiment with new ideas, creative formats, and content styles to keep the brand relevant and engaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation or digital content production.
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms, reel trends, digital storytelling, and audience behavior.
  • Strong skills in content creation — video shooting, editing, scripting, and visual design.
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro).
  • Excellent communication skills with a creative mindset and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to stay updated with industry trends and create content fast-paced and consistently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
