Required Skills & Competences

  • Min. 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong experience in core ITSM modules. Design and develop, ServiceNow applications and modules, including Virtual Agent development, Portal/UI Builder, Now Mobile App and Knowledge Management, etc.
  • Design and configure Virtual Agent topics and conversations
  • Integrate Virtual Agent with backend workflows to automate common service requests and incident handling.
  • Monitor usage analytics and continuously improve conversational flows.
  • Enhance Portal to deliver a unified and intuitive user experience.
  • Configure Now Mobile App to support mobile-first service delivery, including push notifications, approvals, and request tracking.
  • Develop and maintain a structured Knowledge Base aligned with KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) principles.
  • Implement workflows for article creation, review, and retirement.
  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and custom integrations.
  • Experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Platform Analytics
  • Experience with version upgrades, clone management, and patching activities.

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification - Preferred.
  • Knowledge of other ServiceNow modules such as OT, ITOM, HAM Pro, IRM, etc.
