Position Overview

We are looking for a Salon Manager who is passionate, proactive, and responsible — someone who treats the salon as their own and takes genuine ownership of their work. Whether you're a fresher eager to grow or an experienced professional, what matters most to us is your attitude, reliability, and commitment to building a strong client base and team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships — ensure every guest has an excellent experience.
  • Manage, motivate, and support the salon team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Handle client inquiries, bookings, and service feedback effectively.
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and maintain a clean, organized salon environment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote salon offers and campaigns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, staff discipline, and operational excellence.
