Job description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students on available online courses (Tally, AI, and others) and help them select the right program.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from students.
  • Explain course details, structure, fees, and career benefits clearly to students and parents.
  • Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
  • Maintain student records, follow up on leads, and achieve enrollment targets.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with students for long-term engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in academic counselling/education field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand student needs and suggest suitable learning paths.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
